A leading service provider with a growing team in Harrogate is looking for a motivated individual with technical experience to join a 2nd Line Support team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and advancing their career in tech.
The role will involve...
* Providing 1st / 2nd line technical support, managing customer queries and technical issues.
* Troubleshooting and resolving faults across various technologies including broadband, networking, firewalls, SD-WAN, VoIP, and more.
* Monitoring, managing, and resolving incidents in a 24/7 shift environment.
* Communicating effectively with customers, keeping them updated on progress and ensuring satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.) and troubleshooting across various platforms.
* Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Huawei, and other network technologies.
* ITIL Foundation awareness and relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, SIP School SSCA) are a plus.
* Experience working in a managed service provider.
