Job Description Nursery Room Leader Salary: Up to £29,700 40 hours per week Our client is looking for a nurturing and experienced Level 3 Room Leader to join their inclusive nursery team. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent). Experience: Previous experience working in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role. Child Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development and the ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities. Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and support staff. Passion for Early Years: A genuine enthusiasm for providing high-quality care and education for young children.
