The Regional Marketing Manager- UK, Nordics and Benelux for Cytiva is responsible for growing market share and business revenue for the research products including ÄKTA, Biacore, Amersham Imaging & other research products in the EMEA region. This position is part of the business unit / OpCo Marketing team and will be remote with regular travel within EMEA. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Plan, organize, and execute regional tradeshows, user meetings, seminars, etc. for Cytiva's Research products portfolio. Measure ROI from events and support the conversion of leads to sales opportunities. - Develop the regional marketing plan to generate leads and funnel for the research products in your region, deploy successful marketing campaigns and taking ownership of your plan from ideation to execution. - Collaborate with global product/ segment marketers, sales teams and other relevant functions to develop and create assets to drive demand generation in the region. - Review monthly KPI's (MQLs, SQLs, and other marketing metrics) - implement countermeasures and PSPs to achieve annual marketing revenue for the region. - Support the commercial team with prospecting activities bringing strategic insight and rigor to the process - Manage the marketing budget for the region and report KPI's on a regular basis. The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, relevant Life Sciences discipline, or Engineering. - Minimum five (5) years of marketing/ product/business management in Life Sciences. - Experience in a marketing or sales customer facing role in the Life Sciences Industry, including planning, developing and executing customer events or marketing tactics, with the ability to communicate effectively, present, analyze and use data to drive improvement and problem solve. - Experience managing owned events and/ or tradeshows with knowledge of the marketing funnel through to sale process. - Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and influencing skills with proven ability to drive and manage initiatives in a matrixed environment. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Best practices in B2B marketing & measurement - Distribution marketing &/or working with distribution partners - Prior experience selling/ marketing Life Science research products At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
