Senior Health & Safety Advisor
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join our Asset Management and Technical Services Team on a permanent basis, working from our Portsmouth office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all RSE companies activities are carried out in accordance with relevant Health and Safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation across RSE companies activities.
* Develop and implement effective Health and Safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Health and Safety best practices.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering).
* Extensive experience in Health and Safety management, preferably within a similar industry.
* Proven track record of implementing successful Health and Safety initiatives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
