* £26,000 salary
* Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Job specification:
* Answering emails/phone calls from customers and solving issues.
* Follow the complaints procedure and logging all correspondence.
* Liaising with suppliers and couriers to help organise customer requests.
* Provide troubleshooting advice and arranging spare parts to be delivered.
* Logging customers who may require on site engineer visits.
* Dealing with returns - working closely with the supplier and shipping company.
* Liaising with Engineers and scheduling installations.
* Generating reports for management.
* Implement systems and procedures.
* Check and respond to Google reviews.
* Working on a ticketing system.
Person specification:
1. Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience with an eye for detail.
2. Excellent customer service.
3. Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling.
4. A technical mind would be an advantage.
