Multi-Skilled Operative
Location: North Devon (Bideford, Barnstaple, and surrounding areas)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established maintenance contractor in North Devon, seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to carry out responsive maintenance and repair work within occupied domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing day to day maintenance and repair tasks in domestic properties
* Pointing, rebuilding, and repairing walls
* Plastering and rendering
* Roofing repairs, including tile replacement
* General property maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualification in plastering, bricklaying, or extensive relevant experience
* Valid CSCS card
* Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
* Full, clean driving licence
* Ability to work independently and professionally within occupied homes
