Leasing and Rental Specialist - Field Based The Company Automotivate is an exciting new business venture which provides consultancy and advisory services as well as training assistance, fleet management expertise and credit facility guidance for business owners who run light commercial vehicles. They have recently launched their own dealership in Oxfordshire selling all makes of vans and converted vehicles. They are a sales agent for a reputable minibus converter whose product they sell from their showroom. They can source any make and model for their customer base offering commercial vehicle solutions. The role Automotivate are looking for a Leasing and Rental Specialist to join the company and help identify and actively engage with new customers. This is a field-based National role, you can be based within a 75-mile radius of Kidlington but are expected to be in the office one day a week. Responsibilities include: Identify and actively engage with new prospective customers for the business. Qualify new prospective customers to understand their requirements and guide them in their purchasing needs. Prepare and submit quotations to new prospective customers and follow up to secure the order. Secure orders from new prospective customers and progress satisfactory delivery through to completion. Achieve set sales targets for both volume and profit. Provide ongoing Key Account Management to your new customers and build relationships promoting the company to increase customer business and enhance Automotivate’s reputation. About you You will have previous commercial vehicle or rental and leasing experience for this role. You will have a passion for the automotive industry, be able to develop relationships effortlessly and love a challenge. You will have previous experience working in a field-based role and be self-motivated and hands-on. On offer Basic salary of between £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience. (OTE £50-54k). A company vehicle (equivalent to Ford Ranger), and eligibility into their company bonus scheme. The business hours are 8-5:30, with the employee expected to work an 8-hour day. However, the business is less concerned about the hours worked and more with the results Offering flexibility where required.
