We are currently hiring for a Complaints Administrator position at our Canvey Island site. As a Complaints Administrator, you will play a crucial role in handling and resolving complaints. Your responsibilities will include overseeing administrative tasks linked to the complaints procedure and supporting the Client Admin team as needed. If you're interested in making a positive impact, reach out to us for more information about this opportunity Client Complaints Administrator Key Responsibilities: Handling complaints received from customers and/or clients in a polite and professional manner via phone, email and any other medium required. Actioning and responding to all complaints promptly and professionally following applicable client processes working to their contractual standards and timescales. Working to the FCA Consumer Duty guidelines. Ensure a consistent approach to all complaints, including Expressions of Dissatisfaction. Issuing relevant documentation (e.g. Final Decision, SRC letters). Updating cases with all relevant details for on-going complaints and resolutions. Managing client queries received via the partner portal. Handling and responding to the issuing body of fines and penalty charge notices. Assisting our customers with the retention of cherished plates. Liaising with our site team to coordinate the return of personal belongings. Raising and reviewing allegations of additional damage to customer property with the relevant management. Monitoring for, and reporting trends in complaints to relevant management. General office duties including scanning, database updates and filing. Arranging the collection of customer vehicles and salvage upon request. Other ad-hoc admin duties within the Client Team.
