An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inventory Manager to support our passionate and dynamic Restaurants and Kitchens team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store. About the Role The Inventory Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our operational efficiency by managing and controlling costs associated with food and beverage inventory, stock, waste and margin. You’ll create recommendations on how we achieve our financial targets along with constantly reviewing ways of working with a vision to improve as required to achieve long lasting impact that will support the business objectives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing and maintaining accurate inventory records, and implementing effective system management of cost of food, gross profit and shrinkage across Restaurants & Kitchens. You’ll be accountable for the output of the Culinary Admin team ensuring the team structure supports existing and future business requirements. You’ll build successful relationships with your team and key stakeholders across the directorate and business to achieve positive results. About You As an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager, you will be a key leader within the team, bringing a proven track record in a similar role—ideally within a high-volume hospitality or retail environment. With an understanding of the food and beverage industry, you possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for cost control, ensuring financial efficiency across the restaurants and culinary division. You are highly proficient in inventory management systems, with experience using SAP, QADEX, and/or similar platforms. Your exceptional time-management skills and customer-focused approach allow you to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. With outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, you thrive in a dynamic environment, engaging seamlessly with different business areas. Attention to detail is second nature to you, and your solid PC skills—particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word—enable you to manage data effectively and drive operational excellence.
