The Role: Our client is looking for a highly motivated Retrofit Administrator to support their fast-paced operations. The role offers long-term progression into compliance, coordination, or project management. (It is not essential to have retrofit experience) Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to the retrofit team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, offering professional and friendly assistance. Managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Coordinating schedules and liaising with contractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders. Assisting with funding applications and grant paperwork. Keeping up to date with industry developments and sustainability practices. What They’re Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in construction, energy, or a related field.
