About Mixcloud
Mixcloud is on a mission to help connect people through music. We're building a space where every genre and sub culture within music can thrive, championing the grassroots communities behind each one.
Inspired by the creativity that goes into every mix, track, radio show and live stream, a genuine love of what we do runs through our team.
We celebrate the individuality and imperfections found within content created and curated by people, not algorithms, and bring that real element to our own output.
Even as a digital platform, there is a human touch to all parts of the experience.
The Role
We're seeking a passionate Community Manager who is deeply connected to music and DJ culture to join our Marketing team. You will be the liaison between Mixcloud and our creators, communicating key messaging and gathering feedback in line with company objectives. What You Will Do
1. Craft community-oriented communication strategies to improve awareness, understanding and use of our products
2. Communicate with our community at scale and humanise their interaction with our brand via direct dialogue on social threads, post comments and Discord
3. Gather and report feedback and developments in both directions
4. Use understanding of creators and their needs to develop impactful messaging on our marketing pages and engaging content for email
5. Unearth success stories and creators to feature across our marketing touchpoints
6. Identify and engage with new creators for us to partner with, on-board and grow
7. Explore and implement new ways to engage with and reward our community
8. Develop ambassador strategies to raise awareness and adoption of Mixcloud
