About the role
To shape and develop how Computer Science is taught across the Academy, ensuring alignment to Trust principles and the reliability and validity of data. This is a key appointment in the school’s development and the successful applicant will play an integral role in the growth and development of the Academy. The successful candidate will be a model of professionalism, a dynamic team player and an outstanding practitioner in their own right.
This role is a full-time teaching Lead Practitioner, with social media and website responsibility remunerate at TLR 2.1.
This is a permanent role.

Who they are looking for
* Qualified Teacher Status
* A good honours degree in relevant subject and evidence of ongoing professional development
* Excellent middle leader with demonstrable experience of raising standards and leading developments in science.
* Experience of successful delivery of A level science programmes to a high standard and working in high performing contexts.
* Commitment to research informed pedagogy and relentless high expectations of staff and scholars
* Excellent subject knowledge, ability to motivate, inspire and develop others.
