A minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities. Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive people strategies that foster organizational growth and innovation. Demonstrated success in navigating complex change management and organizational development initiatives within the healthcare industry. Excellent legislative and employment law knowledge for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland Key Responsibilities: Champion the development and execution of transformative HR policies and programs that align with our mission to revolutionize homecare.
