PageGroup are delighted to support a successful Redditch based organisation with the appointment of an Interim HR Advisor for circa 3-6 months.
This role can offer hybrid working (Business needs dependent).
Job Description
The role of HR Advisor is a busy generalist role, supporting a wide range of stakeholders and working as part of a small HR team. Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Managing recruitment, selection, and on-boarding processes
* Overseeing employee relations casework
* Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures
* Guiding and advising managers regarding people matters
* Coaching and up-skilling managers
* Supporting with HR projects and initiatives

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background as a HR Advisor and be available to start at short notice.
