Hospitality Coordinator
We are seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to ensure the delivery of quality and cost-effective Catering and Cleaning services to clients within Fife Council. This role covers Dunfermline and surrounding villages, working in a team across West Fife Schools and Council Buildings.
This diverse role requires excellent organizational skills and flexibility, as responsibilities may vary daily.
Key Responsibilities
1. Undertake induction training for new staff as needed.
2. Identify staff development needs and assist with training accordingly.
3. Assist in personnel matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
4. Ensure compliance with food service standards.
Details
Permanent position, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.12 hours per day. Occasional weekend and on-call work may be required.
Salary range: £31,179.34 - £38,950.71. Benefits include:
* Pro-rata starting salary of £31,179.34, with additional payments for shift work, including weekends.

* Travel expenses paid at 45 pence per mile.

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in staff management.
* Budget awareness, numeracy, and literacy skills.
* Ability to travel within Fife at short notice.
* Valid driving license.
* Must obtain PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland before appointment.
* Attend induction training prior to starting.
