The Role We're looking for a Product Manager – eCommerce to optimise and grow the customer journey across our digital funnel — from product discovery and detail pages through to basket, checkout, and conversion. You'll also play a key role in driving customer acquisition through SEO, paid marketing, and social commerce. Sitting at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and commercial, this is a high-impact role that's central to our digital growth strategy. You'll be empowered to operate with autonomy, lead cross-functional teams, and continuously improve performance through experimentation, insight, and iteration. What You'll Be Doing Optimising the end-to-end eCommerce funnel (PDP to basket to checkout) to deliver seamless and high-conversion journeys Supporting customer acquisition through SEO, paid marketing, and social eCommerce growth Driving digital trading coordination across product, tech, commercial, merchandising, and marketing teams Using funnel analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to surface opportunities and drive continuous improvement Defining and managing the eCommerce roadmap — balancing long-term strategy with short-term delivery Leading with a data-driven, KPI-focused mindset — improving conversion rate, average order value, ROI, and customer satisfaction Collaborating with engineering and design to deliver enhancements quickly and at high quality Championing a high-performing, test-and-learn culture across teams Operating autonomously in a dynamic, hybrid working environment The Person 3 years of experience in product management, ideally focused on eCommerce, funnel optimisation, or performance marketing Proven impact on commercial KPIs through digital product delivery Deep understanding of acquisition funnels and SEO best practices Strong data fluency — confident in using analytics and experimentation to guide decision-making Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance optimisation tools Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders across teams Agile mindset, with experience writing clear, actionable product requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or quantitative field (preferred) Why Join Us?
