Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and pro-active Events C oordinator to join our marketing team at FINBOURNE. You will play an important role in elevating our marketing efforts, strengthening our brand presence and d riving accelerated pipeline growth and revenue generation. If you are a n organized and dependable individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for events, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities include where, but not limited to: Events Management Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of marketing events, including industry conferences, FINBOURNE-hosted events, partner events, and webinars. Research and identify the best events to align with our Go-To-Market strategy and budget, and manage the event calendar Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue booking, booth setup, merchandise, collateral, shipping, and on-site coordination. Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external event stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration. Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event follow-ups, including meeting scheduling and tracking engagement in CRM. Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and log data in our CRM to measure impact and optimize future events. Oversee content activities related to event participation. Plan and execute internal FINBOURNE events such as Town Halls, All-Hands Meetings, and Sales Offsites. Source and manage supplier relationships to ensure best-in-class execution. CRM and Marketing Operations Track and input event and campaign data into our CRM system to measure effectiveness. Assist in generating monthly marketing reports to track key performance indicators. Brand and Administration Support Maintain and update employee headshots and business cards across all locations. Ensure marketing and sales collateral remain current and aligned with brand guidelines. Manage and refresh FINBOURNE’s internal intranet content. Oversee merchandise requests and stock levels across global locations. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners. Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
