We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Senior Communications and Engagement Manager to support a high performing Communications and Engagement Team, at the heart of the Government Commercial Function.
The successful candidate will build on the great work the team is already delivering to draw together multiple networks across the UK, delivering outstanding events and work together to deliver a single inclusive and participative communication and engagement strategy to support the overall GCF Communication Strategy.
This role will report to the Head of GCF Community Engagement.

Responsibilities:
Lead on the GCF Communications Knowledge Platform Transformation Programme and Digital Strategy. Support continuous improvement of the GCF networking platform to ensure content is relevant, up to date and engaging, looking for opportunities to develop and enhance the user experience for our stakeholders.Develop internal communication plans based on audience insight, using effective communication channels to engage audiences and maximise reach across our key GCF Staff Networks, identifying opportunities to increase membership and engagement.Support the delivery of virtual and in person events throughout the year including regional conferences, the annual GCF Conference and Awards and All Staff Calls.Manage social and digital communication channels to include producing digital and social media strategies and managing the GCF LinkedIn account.Work with senior stakeholders to ensure design quality and consistency of printed materials and branded collateral. Oversee our GOV.UK publications and content to make sure it is relevant, well organised and up to date.
