About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Relations Co-ordinator at our Barrow office! We’re looking for a motivated individual to manage and coordinate customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions while driving continuous improvement. In this key role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, investigating issues thoroughly, liaising with stakeholders, and making recommendations to enhance service delivery. About Your Role
* To co-ordinate the Company’s responses to customer complaints, being the principal point of contact for customers, ensuring problems are resolved in a timely and effective way, and to ensure relevant corrective action is taken to prevent repeat of issue.
* To be responsible for the administration of Customer Complaints process, liaising between the end users, installers, stockists and Brett personnel to ensure complaints are resolved in an efficient manner.
* Research each complaint on an individual basis and investigate thoroughly to ensure full history of complaint is taken in order to make a recommendation for resolution.
* Identify and analyse complaint trends and potential areas of improvement within the business.
* To make decisions and recommendations to managers on the most cost effective and efficient means of complaint resolution.
We're Looking For
* GCSE or equivalent English & Math – Grade C or above
* Previous experience in customer service, handling complaints and industry knowledge desirable.
* Proficient in IT – experience in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.
