Full Time Permanent placement Canteen Free onsite parking Flexitime Health & Well-being programme Day to Day Duties As HR Advisor your duties will involve: Advising business leaders on Performance Management, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Dismissals and Contractual Issues. Assisting with the recruitment, selection and on boarding of new employees. Maintain HR policies, procedures and practices and ensure any changes to legislation are reflected accordingly and within governed time-frames. Managing employee records and maintaining accurate data. Coordinate with external payroll service provider for seamless payroll execution, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data. Coordinate and optimise our HR Information and Time & Attendance Systems ensuring record accuracy and compliance. Manage, review and administer the company employee benefits. Maintaining awareness and understanding of current HR legislative requirements as well as any proposed or future changes that may affect the Company. Creating strong working relationships with stakeholders to influence and deliver value to the business. Actively participate in HR projects and support the implementation of new personnel policies. Ensure regulatory compliance e.g. Right to work, Internal policies. Conducting exit interviews. Essential Skills It is essential as a HR Advisor that you: Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent as a minimum. Strong experience in a generalist HR, advisor or business partner role. Good working knowledge of UK employment law. Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Oracle, ADP) Knowledge of HR best practices, including applicable employment laws and regulations in the UK. Experience with complex ER cases High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle personal and confidential information with tact and professionalism.
