Fleet Contracts Manager –Milton Keynes

As a Fleet Contracts Manager at Dawsongroup Bus and Coach, you’ll manage and develop our contract hire portfolio, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service while keeping our fleet compliant and operational.
* Oversee all operational aspects of contracts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
* Ensure vehicle compliance and implement company procedures to maintain integrity
* Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything on track
* Maximise the use of our facilities to meet business and customer expectations
* Analyse reports and operational data to identify efficiencies and cost benefits
About You
You’re great with people, organised, and able to keep a lot of moving parts running smoothly. Whether you come from the bus and coach sector or a related commercial vehicle background, your ability to manage contracts and build relationships will be key.
* Experience in the bus and coach industry or commercial rental
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A clean driving licence
