Caramel is a British brand that launched in 1999 as a more creative and contemporary approach to childrenswear. At Caramel we design, source, and manufacture our own collection which is sold in our boutiques in London, Japan, Paris, and on our website, as well as wholesale distribution to over 100 stockists worldwide. Role Description
Caramel London seeks Part-time and Full-time Sales Advisors, who will ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales growth. The successful candidates will have a passion for fashion, a good understanding of luxury retail, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role located in London.
The role includes:
1. Providing exceptional customer service at all times and maintaining a high level of approach and conversation.
2. Consistently overachieving in sales, striving to increase on personal and store targets.
3. Actively seeking opportunities to sell and increase sales.
4. Providing information for the weekly trade report to maximize business potential.
5. Monitoring sales performance to highlight best and worst sellers.
6. Communicating all out-of-stock issues.
7. Ensuring all customers are encouraged to join our mailing list.
8. Ensuring that the shop floor is fully operational for daily service.
9. Keeping up to date with all product knowledge.
10. Driving and delivering customer service standards to achieve an outstanding luxury service and quality experience.
11. Ensuring all customers are dealt with professionally and in line with company standards and procedures.
12. Developing customer relationships and maintaining an active customer base.
13. Adhering to the highest dress and grooming standards required by company policy.
14. Taking ownership of store standards and maintaining these to the highest level.
15. Ensuring that stock is replenished regularly to maximize sales opportunities.
16. Checking all deliveries are correct and reporting any discrepancies to your line manager or head office.
