The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn new systems is crucial. You should be comfortable navigating different software interfaces, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying up to date with emerging office technologies.
Problem-Solving Skills:
A strong problem-solving mindset is essential. You should be able to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to streamline office operations and optimize workflow.

Responsibilities
* Qualify incoming leads for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
* Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele.
* Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals.
* Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads.
* Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.
Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
* Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
Compensation
$40,000 - $70,000
