We're looking for someone who can lead, develop and shape the strategic direction of resourcing and attraction here at BHRUT. Over the past few years BHRUT has made great improvements in performance and our aim is to attract and recruit the best candidates to support us on that improvement journey. The Head of Strategic Resourcing & Attraction will take responsibility for putting the Trust at the forefront of resourcing capability through a strategic and considered approach in identifying and implementing the resourcing agenda focused on a professional customer-based service based on innovation and improvement. We are looking for a leader who will determine systems, processes and technologies which will be implemented and utilised to improve all aspects of recruitment and resourcing delivery. EDI and cultural improvements in recruitment are key to how we want to deliver a fair and transparent recruitment process, therefore you will need to demonstrate achievements in this area.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Director of Workforce the post holder will be a key member of the People and Culture leadership team and will support the delivery of the Trust's People Framework/Workforce plans, supporting the vision and the delivery of the Trust's recruitment strategy and objectives.
As a senior leader in the People & Culture Team you will support the development and delivery of the Workforce Directorates objectives as well as ensuring the leadership and culture within the Directorate meets the expectation of our values. The role will also support the Workforce Director in ensuring HR related governance and compliance requirements are in place.

We're looking forward to introducing an electronic patient record next year. This will mean the records of any patient visiting one of the seven hospitals run by BHRUT and Barts Health will be accessible to the clinical teams. It'll make things easier for staff and will be better for patients.
