An exciting permanent opportunity for a Senior Administrative Officer has become available for within the Care on Call Team. The role is based at St James House Pendleton. The working arrangements are 29 hours to fit in with the needs of the service with 1 day working from home. Interviews will be held w/c 7th January 2025. Care on Call, is a 24/7 service for elderly, vulnerable clients within Salford. The post holder will be Responsible for: Working as part of a team who provide an effective service to support Service Manager, Assistant Managers and Wardens. Create, cancel, adjust accounts for clients on a daily basis Create invoices for partner organisations. Check and process arrears accounts for clients. Raise Purchase Orders for Alarms, maintenance contracts. Maintain client records within Liquid Logic and CONTROC and provide statistical data to Salford City Council. Communicate and engage and work collaboratively with external and internal partner agencies. This is a busy role and there is an expectation that the post holder is able to manage their own workload, yet work as part of a team, to ensure all the responsibilities of supporting the Care on Call Team are considered and acted upon within agreed timescales. There is a financial element to this role, which is service critical affecting income for the service therefore the successful candidate must have experience in using excel spreadsheets and undertaking financial calculations. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they meet the essential qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and experience for the post in order to be shortlisted for interview.
