Salary/Rate: £11.44 - £12.89/hour

My client is currently looking for a trainee PCB tester and assembly machine operative to join their team in their busy manufacturing and production area.
The Assembly & Machine Operative role will involve:
* Testing printed circuit boards and metal fabrication of panel boards.
* Handling metal materials.
* Checking and testing manufactured products.
* Fault finding.
* Setting machinery and assembly.
You will be required to:
* Meet specific departmental and company targets.
* Follow systems and procedures within the department, adhering to all health and safety regulations, housekeeping, work instructions, and quality checking.
* Engage in assembly work and machine operating roles as well as PCB testing.
Skills & Experience required:
* Computer literate with basic mathematics.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
* Experience using similar machinery preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
* Able to understand mechanical drawings/artwork preferred but not essential.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 2-10pm (training will be provided on day shift 8-4:30pm for the first 2 weeks)
