The Role The purpose of the role is to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, meeting business targets within company budgets so that Operations deliver products on time, in full, to the required quality. Hours of Work Nightshift: 6:00pm – 4am, Sunday – Thursday. What it takes It is essential to have previous experience within a food production environment. All candidates should demonstrate core values at all times and have an understanding of and commitment to the Equality and Diversity Policy and ability to promote this day to day. To be considered for this role you should have the ability to your strong organisational skills and ability to lead a team. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the food manufacturing environment and key Health and Safety policies of the industry.
