Requirements
The showroom is open 09:00–17:00 (Mon–Fri) and 09:30–17:30 (Sat). You’ll work 5 days, with Sunday and one weekday off.

We’re looking for someone with…
1. Extremely well organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
2. Self-motivation and the ability to inspire those around you
3. Strong customer focus
4. A minimum of 2 years sales experience
5. Experience in using a CRM
6. Experience in the luxury goods market (desirable)
7. Knowledge of interiors (desirable)

What you’ll be doing
8. Answering incoming sales calls
9. Making outbound calls to our customer database
10. Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service
11. Providing advice on suitability, sizing, pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiors
12. Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
13. Arranging samples to be dispatched
14. Welcoming customers to the showroom and building relationship with clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome is always received
15. Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom
16. Providing drinks to customers during their appointments
17. Confirming showroom appointments with customers prior to their arrival
