Enabling Support Worker (Nights)

The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
This role is set in a residential home with nursing care for 24 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, plus respite care and services for 16-18 year olds. The home is a large, accessible building with modern facilities and daily nursing care.
