Role: Growth Executive
Department: Commercial Department
Location: Folkestone, Kent/Hybrid - The candidate will need to be based in the UK as they will be required to visit our office in Folkestone for training/team days/client meetings. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days a week in our office.
Duration: Permanent, full time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).
Package: From £25,000 DOE

About The Role
THE ROLE
As a Growth Executive, you will play a vital role in connecting our Commercial and Marketing teams to drive business growth in a fast-paced and evolving industry. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop expertise in digital marketing, sales enablement, and lead generation while working with a team dedicated to making an impact.
Your day-to-day will involve:
* Creating bespoke sales collateral to support pitches and client acquisition.
* Engaging in networking and relationship-building to enhance business prospects.
* Supporting with event coordination and follow-ups, ensuring key prospects are nurtured effectively.
* Analysing prospective client data to identify key opportunities.
* Maintaining brand consistency across marketing and sales materials.
* Experimenting with new lead generation strategies and reporting on their success.

REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management and attention to detail.
* Good grasp of digital marketing fundamentals.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
* GCSE English (B grade or higher) and Maths (C grade or higher) or equivalent.
REQUIREMENTS - DESIRABLE (but not essential)
* Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM tools.
* Familiarity with digital advertising and SEO principles.
* Experience using data tools to generate insights.
* Understanding of social media platforms, both from a user and technical perspective.
* Some experience in an agency environment is a plus but not required.
