At Social Flock, we believe everyone deserves access to clothing as a basic human right. By embracing preloved fashion, we’re reducing waste and fighting the climate crisis while meeting the needs of our community. In 2023 alone, we delivered over 1,400 clothing packs—and demand for our services continues to grow.
We’re looking for a Clothing Library Project Manager to lead and expand our Clothing Library Project throughout 2025. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a life-changing initiative, working closely with local partners, volunteers, and our passionate team.
About the Role
As our first year-long post, this role is pivotal to our growth and impact. You’ll oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the Clothing Library Project, ensuring it aligns with Social Flock’s mission and values. From managing volunteers to building partnerships and engaging the community, you’ll play a key role in driving our "second-hand as first choice" ethos across Perthshire.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and delivery of our Clothing Library Project.
Build strong partnerships with local organisations, schools, and community groups.
Inspire Perthshire residents to embrace climate action through events and advocacy.
Manage and develop a fantastic team of volunteers, creating opportunities for training and upskilling.
Promote Social Flock through social media, newsletters, and community engagement.
Oversee project budgets and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

Hours of work: 28 hours per week, flexible working in line with project demands.
This may include unsociable hours including evening and weekend work.
Contract Status: Fixed-Term Contract for 1 Year
Location of Work: Social Flock Hub in Perth Centre, home working and various partnership hubs across Perthshire in line with project demands.
Responsible To: Social Flock Board of Trustees
Responsible For: Clothing Library Donation and Delivery Officer, Social Flock Volunteers
