Job Description
What we are looking for:
Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant (360) to join a successful recruitment team based in the UK, specializing in sourcing candidates for fast-paced roles within the Facilities/Maintenance industry for the lucrative United States market.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn, well-organized, and able to offer exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Who we are:
Trevett Group is a privately owned company with three divisions:
1. Trevett Project Services, supporting clients on a consultancy basis for QS, Commercial, and Project Management.
2. Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA, specializing in Built Environment recruitment with a core focus on Facilities and Project recruitment across the United States.
3. Trevett Services UK, specializing in sourcing and placing talent in the Built Environment within the UK, specifically M&E Projects and FM & Maintenance, with a wide range of companies from service providers to end-user clients.
We are looking for proactive, smart, and confident recruiters, ideally with experience in the Built Environment, though this is not essential.
Areas of significant opportunity include Maintenance Engineers, Contract Support/Admin, Contract/Account Managers, and M&E Project Managers. If you have experience in these areas, we’d love to hear from you!
What are we looking for?
Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA seeks a 360 consultant (any level) to join an exciting new venture from the Trevett Group. The company is already thriving, signed onto multiple PSLs, and is looking for its next experienced member of staff to grow with the business!
* This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for both client/company engagement and candidate engagement.
* Candidate side: You will write well-constructed and attractive job adverts, proactively search for relevant CVs online, screen candidates for roles, help them through the interview process, provide interview feedback, and keep them updated on their applications. You will also build your personal and our company brand using social media such as LinkedIn intelligently and consistently.
* Client side: You will build relationships with hiring managers within the sector, promote our services, develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, and ensure they receive first-class service, resulting in repeat business and long-term relationships.
* You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure clients and candidates receive the best possible service and attention at all times.
Why the US market?
Recruiting in the US offers very high salaries and higher percentage markups, resulting in much higher fees per placement (average perm fee is $30,000!). The market is young and ready for the taking, with much less competition compared to the saturated UK market. Additionally, short notice periods in the US mean quicker fees and less risk of dropouts. The US holds 33% of the global recruitment market share!
What can we offer?
We are a small, ambitious, and growing business, offering a relaxed, non-KPI-driven environment. We are based in new offices in London & Southampton and have a hybrid working model, with a casual dress code (unless meeting clients).
We offer:
* Competitive salary and package, including 25 days annual leave, pension, expensed travel to the office, 2 “well-being” days a year, and more.
* Uncapped commission structure, with quarterly and annual individual and team incentives/bonuses.
* A real opportunity to grow with the business, whether that means focusing on and growing your own desk or taking on management responsibilities for additional consultants in time.
* The opportunity to move to the US in the future.
Please contact me in confidence for further information or send your up-to-date CV/resume to confirm your interest.
