Your new role
My client has an urgent need for an experienced Employee Relations/Human Resources Advisor. Your role will cover BAU activities whilst some of the HR team focus on a key project. The assignment will be for three to four months.
Day-to-day you will lead on absence management and all casework. Up-to-date employment law knowledge is imperative and being able to work autonomously.
Ideally, you will be able to accommodate full-time hours and three days on-site in Norwich, but they are very open to considering other work patterns.
