Join Our Team as a Course and Student Administrator!\nHybrid Position - £14.85 per hour\n\nTemporary position until the end of July \n\nBased in Uxbridge\n\nAre you passionate about supporting students and enhancing their academic journeys? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated Course and Student Administrator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a seamless student experience.\n\nAbout the Role:\nThis hybrid position involves working three days in the office and two days from home. You will be the backbone of our course and student administration, contributing to a student-focused environment that champions service excellence.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDeliver Outstanding Support: Assist with all aspects of course and student administration from enrolment through to completion, ensuring adherence to university regulations and compliance requirements. \n\nBe the Student's Champion: Respond to a wide range of student queries, providing resolutions and liaising with academic staff to ensure a smooth experience throughout the student lifecycle.
\n\nFacilitate International Opportunities: Support incoming and outgoing study abroad and Erasmus students, ensuring they have the information and assistance they need. \n\nCollaborate with Academic Leaders: Work closely with course leaders and personal tutors to enhance student engagement and success in their studies. \n\nMaintain Accurate Records: Record and manage student and course data using the Student Records System (SITS), ensuring data integrity from enrolment to completion.
\n\nContribute to Assessments: Assist in preparing documentation for programme assessment boards and support the organisation and clerking of these important meetings. \n\nSupport Continuous Improvement: Engage in large-scale data integrity checks and analysis projects, working alongside the Course and Student Coordinator to promote service excellence. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nA proactive individual with a strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.\nA good understanding of university processes and student support systems is a plus!
