Job Description
As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial hands-on role, partnering the business and nurturing a small team to support our success. You will be responsible for co-creating the HR strategy, delivering new initiatives and implementing policies that support our growth, attract top talent, and create a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Strategic Partnership: Work with department leads on organisational design, ensuring there is consideration for current and future skill requirements.
* HR Administration: Drive HR compliance and administration
* Projects: Deliver HR projects as assigned incl EDI, Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, L & D
* Employee Relations: Coaching line managers on best practice and providing counsel on legal obligations
* HR Metrics: Track and report on HR metrics, utilising data to make meaningful changes to employee value proposition
* Office Management: Support the office management team
* Line Management of HR Administrator
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including; anti-bribery policy and environmental and quality management standards in compliance with ISO standards
