Sutton Recruitment are accepting applications for an experienced Administrator - Compliance to join an ever-growing business who are experts within the Facilities Management sector.

Requirements:
1. Compiling and maintaining Client’s compliance records
2. Supplying compliance reports
3. Liaising with clients regarding all types of facilities maintenance
4. Dealing directly with engineers and sub-contractors
5. Arranging reactive call outs and scheduled maintenance repairs with engineers and contractors
6. Updating call records and logging jobs on the Company CRM system
7. Maintaining and updating client CAFM systems
8. Liaising with various departments as required
9. Part of on-call rota which will be home working
Job Description:
The Administrator - Compliance role is responsible for ensuring that standards are being met by scheduling checks as defined by policy, reporting on the outcome of checks and where appropriate, making adjustments to ensure compliance.
Person Specification:
1. An excellent telephone manner with proven communication skills
2. The ability to coordinate and manage scheduled works
3. The ability to provide a high level of customer service and be a strong team player
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
5. Experience within the Maintenance/Facilities Management sector would be advantageous
6. Knowledge of Clik and Citrix would be an advantage, however, full training will be provided
Essential:
The successful candidate must possess a full UK driving licence. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week plus on-call rota of weekend working from home.
Salary dependent on experience; benefits include company pension scheme, 29 days annual leave including bank holidays, free onsite parking, childcare voucher scheme, company social events.
