What You’ll Do:
1. Streamline Admissions and Onboarding: You will ensure the referral, onboarding, and data collection processes run smoothly across multiple programmes, driving efficiency while maintaining a focus on learner needs.
2. Increase Customer Footfall: You will actively work to increase the footfall of learners for BCHA Learn, while also developing and nurturing new partnerships with referral agencies to ensure the reach and impact of our services grow.
3. Professional Representation: You’ll be the face of BCHA Learn to the public, representing our organisation professionally while ensuring the smooth operation of our admissions and engagement function.
4. Deliver a Range of Learning Opportunities: You’ll support our wider team by delivering accredited and non-accredited courses, alongside one-to-one sessions, to ensure learners receive tailored support when needed.
5. Champion ED&I: You will embrace and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in everything you do, ensuring BCHA Learn remains an inclusive space for all learners. We’re committed to ensuring our learning opportunities are accessible and welcoming to everyone, regardless of background.
