Senior Technical Business Analyst – Insurance
Location: Central London (Hybrid – up to 3 days WFH)
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Share Incentives

About the Role
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you’ll join a team delivering bespoke configurations and product builds on a widely-used insurance SaaS platform.
You’ll work directly with clients to scope requirements, translate them into clear specifications, and oversee delivery — collaborating with internal developers and external stakeholders to ensure everything is implemented to a high standard.
There’s real variety — from complex implementation projects to supporting platform enhancements and helping shape client-facing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading client workshops to gather, analyse and document system requirements
* Translating complex needs into clear, logical technical specifications
* Managing delivery of insurance product builds and configurations
* Overseeing implementation projects and supporting quality assurance
* Liaising between technical teams, project stakeholders, and end users
* Identifying opportunities to improve the platform or streamline delivery processes
* Supporting proposals and client presentations where required
* Coaching junior analysts and contributing to internal training
What You’ll Need:
* 2–3 years’ experience in a technical business analyst role within the insurance sector
* Strong understanding of configurable SaaS platforms – Acturis, Open GI, SSP or similar experience highly desirable
* A degree in a STEM subject (2:1 or above) and strong academic background
* Logical, organised approach to problem solving and delivery
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients
* A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work
* Comfortable balancing multiple projects and working cross-functionally
