ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and talented Creative Designer to join our dynamic, in-house Creative team of four. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of engaging, aspirational, and commercially effective designs that support our diverse portfolio across both our retail stores and digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of creative projects, ensuring our brand voice is consistently delivered with style, sophistication, and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Packaging Design: Develop creative, impactful packaging solutions for our bath and body, apparel, and homeware collections.
* Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the VM team to design captivating in-store displays that bring our products to life and enhance the customer experience.
* Photography & Styling: Contribute to the conceptualization and execution of product photography, ensuring it aligns with our brand aesthetic and supports marketing and eCommerce needs.
* eCommerce & Marketing Assets: Design digital assets for online platforms, including banners, product images, and promotional materials.
* Print & Digital Brochures: Create visually compelling brochures and print collateral that reflect the Bamford brand and engage both existing and new customers.
* Event Materials: Design creative assets for events, exhibitions, and product launches, ensuring they reflect the premium nature of the Bamford brand.
* Brand Storytelling: Help to articulate Bamford’s story visually across various touchpoints, from digital to print, ensuring consistency and a compelling narrative.
* Collaborative Design: Work closely with other members of the creative team, as well as cross-functional departments, to bring projects to life from concept to completion.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in retail, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
* Expertise: Strong experience in packaging design, visual merchandising, photography, and creating digital and print assets.
* Creative Excellence: A portfolio that showcases your ability to produce innovative, high-quality designs across multiple formats.
* Brand Vision: A passion for storytelling through design with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how design impacts brand perception and customer experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.), with knowledge of web and digital design best practices.
* Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively within a small, tight-knit team, with strong communication and project management skills.
