We are seeking a Test and Validation Physicist - Architecture in our Broomfield, CO Location.
All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with a team of research scientists to develop new sub-systems compatible with cryogenic and ultra-high vacuum operation.
* Assemble and operate cryogenic and vacuum test apparatus.
* Analyze performance and reliability of electronic, vacuum, cryogenic, and optical sub-systems.
* Provide day-to-day support to AMO lab operations.
YOU MUST HAVE:
* Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
* Minimum 2 years direct hands-on laboratory experience building, maintaining, trouble-shooting and operating electronic systems, complex optical systems and/or vacuum/cryogenic systems.
* Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or workers granted asylum or refugee status.
* Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
