Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year (pro rata, depending on experience and agreed hours)
Employment Type: Part-time (2.5 days total to be split across the week - to be agreed based on candidate and business needs)

We work on campaigns that range from high profile launch events to consumer sampling experiences.
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives for the business, including copy writing, awards submissions, social media management and content creation. This role offers flexibility in working days and hours, which will be agreed upon based on both the candidate’s needs and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management
* Liaising with account handlers to gather information on events for social media posts.
* Copywriting and scheduling social media posts for Instagram and LinkedIn.
* Idea generation for social content.
* Idea generation and copywriting of blogs.
* Maintain a content calendar for ongoing social media campaigns.
* Monitor and actively engage through our accounts.
* Monitoring competitor activity, reporting insights to the team.
Awards & Sponsorship Management
* Research industry awards and gather materials for entry submissions.
* Coordinate logistics for awards events (booking tickets, travel, and accommodation).
* Assist with pre and post-award communications, including drafting social media announcements.
* Track sponsorship deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
* Assist in preparing copy and assets for sponsorships.
Website
* Ensure the website is up-to-date with blogs, case studies & photos.
* Monitor website functionality and report issues to relevant teams.
Case Studies & Credentials
* Support the creation of case studies, working closely with account handlers.
* Update and format presentation templates as directed.
Outreach & New Business Support
* Assist with research and preparation for new business opportunities.
* Support monthly outreach efforts, tracking and reporting on progress.
* Assist in gathering client testimonials and coordinating video projects.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in marketing, communications, or events (minimum 2 years).
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
Ability to coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Comfortable using a variety of platforms such as Later and Canva.
A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
