9. Upkeep and maintenance of office, keeping it neat & tidy.
10. Confirmation of appointments.
11. Monitoring online blogs, social media & website job board.
12. Upholding pride in your workplace and office.
13. Retrieval and research of information as and when requested.
14. Photocopying, binding, filing, and laminating when needed.
15. Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
Recruitment Responsibilities
1. Preparation of registration pack hand-outs and documents.
2. Generating potential sales leads.
3. Updating recruitment database system.
4. Placing and designing adverts.
5. Preparation of recruitment days.
6. Active role in the recruitment process, implementation, action, and reporting.
7. Managing all recruitment calls and maintaining phone retention.
8. Accurate record keeping of advertisements & recruitment tracking.
