Job Title: Installation Operative / Technician
Location: Stone, Staffordshire (with travel required across the UK)
Pay Rate: Starting at £14.00 per hour
Contract: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent and Permanent Contract Available
Company Overview:
Our well-established client are looking to recruit a Installation Operative to join their growing installation and assembly team. This role has the opportunity to complete installation work all across the UK, alongside exciting projects across Europe!
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and assembly of industry products, requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and assemble products according to technical specifications and safety guidelines.
* Conduct on-site assessments to determine the most suitable placement and installation methods.
* Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during installation.
* Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Provide training and support to clients on generator operation and maintenance as needed.
* Operate requires tools and equipment to install and assemble products on-site.
Requirements:
* Proven knowledge of installation and assembly.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to complete high quality work.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Willingness to travel and work on-site in various locations across the UK and Europe.
* Valid driver's license.
* CSCS is required.
* MEWP license is desired.
