Position Overview: As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for delivering the best experience to buyers and sellers of local properties. That includes registering buyers and letting them know about new properties that become available, booking in valuations, arranging viewings on properties, obtaining feedback and providing it to the seller, providing marketing updates, negotiating sales to secure the best price for customers and instructing sales Key Responsibilities: · Listing and Marketing: Create compelling property listings, leveraging your experience to showcase the unique features of each property. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers. · Negotiation: Utilise your negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a win-win situation for all parties involved. · Viewings: Book property viewings, making sure potential buyers know about new properties that match their requirements. · Sales Progression: Oversee the sales progression process, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure a smooth and timely transaction. · Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, pricing dynamics, and local competition to provide strategic insights and advice to clients. · Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
