Wykes O'Donnell Williams is seeking an experienced and professional Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join our busy team in Ilkeston for 3 days a week. This is a key supporting role for two fee earners in our Family Law and Conveyancing Departments.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurate, speedy and efficient audio and copy typing.
2. Handling client enquiries, both in person and by telephone.
3. File management and diary coordination.
4. Assisting with general office duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a legal secretarial/paralegal role, preferably with a background in family law and, ideally, conveyancing.
2. Familiarity with the Court or Land Registry portal system would be an advantage.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently with a proactive, flexible approach.
5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
