Purpose of the role: The purpose of this role is to provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the store. Working onsite, the Administrative Assistant will be the central point of coordination for stock management, vehicle processing, and customer support activities. This role is crucial in bridging communication between the sales team, service department, and Inventory to optimise the stores workflow and maintain accurate records. By being onsite, the role offers the opportunity to respond quickly to operational needs, manage physical stock, and collaborate closely with the team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.
