Responsibilities
Assist registered practitioners with patient assessments and the development of care plans.
Support the implementation of treatment protocols and assist in providing direct patient care.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
Participate in the evaluation of patient progress and contribute to care discussions during team meetings.
Ensure that the care environment is safe, clean, and conducive to patient well-being.
Provide basic health education to patients and families regarding care options and health maintenance.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements
Minimum of a relevant qualification in healthcare, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
Proficient in basic clinical procedures and familiarity with healthcare equipment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to undertake additional training as required.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.11
