Legal Assistant/Administrator £24,000 Worcester This is currently a 12 month fixed term contract, maternity cover. Responsibilities include: Undertaking routine administrative tasks for the team, including the distribution of post and spreadsheet management. Working on policy documents such as Complaints Handling Procedures. Diary management, including inputting key dates into calendars and sending important deadline reminders to the team. Keeping in communication with regulatory bodies as required. Drafting, formatting and proof reading of letters, documents and forms. Attending meetings and taking minutes. Supporting the archiving process and liaising with the operations team to do so. Fielding telephone calls as appropriate, this could at times mean speaking with individuals that want to raise a complaint. About The Candidate Attention to detail in all aspects of your work. IT literate with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and Teams. A helpful nature, sense of initiative and a desire to work collaboratively. Experience within a legal environment or professional services environment would be advantageous Previous experience of working in a client facing environment would be desirable but not essential.
