A Sales Associate is a very important role within our stores. You will be given the opportunity to be part of a hardworking team, working closely with premium product, customers, and achieving daily targets.
We want our customers to step into the store and feel the ‘Castore experience.’ It’s your job to inform all customers about our products and drive the force behind service and selling within our stores.
What will I do?
1. Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
2. Acting as an ambassador for our Castore brand.
3. Always provide excellent customer service.
4. Advising and assisting customers.
5. Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.
6. Conducting customer transactions.
7. Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves.
8. Assisting with store deliveries.
9. Replenishment of the store.
10. Monitor and report on KPIs regularly, e.g. Order in store, E-receipts.
11. Identify opportunities for upselling products and add-on sales.
