About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the F&F clothing team. You will be pivotal in helping launch and drive the growth of F&F clothing on our website. As Marketing Manager, Online, you will lead the development and execution of marketing plans for clothing to drive customers to site and achieve commercial objectives.
Accountable for working with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns and marketing initiatives across all channels. This role is “expert” and often the first layer of management of people or projects.
You will be responsible for
* Develop and implement the online marketing strategy for Clothing, ensuring alignment with Tesco\'s broader brand objectives and customer insights
* Lead the creation and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns based on trade and business objectives.
* Collaborate and brief in house teams to ensure alignment, teams to include Marketplace, Online, CRM, Trade, Content, and Performance Marketing.
* Serve as the point person to communicate commercial and brand priorities from the Marketing plan to the Trade/Content & Publishing team ensuring updates and launches ensuring deadlines are met
* Oversee the production of marketing assets, managing timelines, budgets, and creative outputs to ensure high quality, on-brand delivery.
* Apply customer insights and data to inform strategy, refine messaging, and optimise campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
* Partner with relevant teams and agencies to develop media plans that balance reach, engagement, and return on investment, ensuring efficient budget allocation.
* Coordinate with PR and Influencer Marketing teams to amplify campaigns through earned media and partnerships that drive traffic to the site.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, managing relationships with creative and media agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Coordinate 360 reporting across all relevant channels for weekly trade and monthly governance meetings, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Champion the F&F brand

You will need
Experience relevant for this job:
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of paid, owned and earned marketing channels
• Experience working with creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Ecommerce experience
• Budget management and optimisation for campaign efficiency.
• Understanding of measurement and reporting tools.
